Our Team

The wonderful team here at Diabetes "You Can Win" consists of dedicated individuals who share the goal of helping people win! Our board of directors is made up of experts in their fields and passionate about people with diabetes. Our staff consists of Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialists, MPH, Registered Nurses, Dietitians, and Exercise Specialists trained to create individual education/nutrition plans to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Our History

"Diabetes You Can Win" was established to empower people to take charge of their health by making small changes that improve their overall well-being. We are losing a fight that we can win with diabetes! By helping families to create a healthier lifestyle, they can prevent diabetes, and if they are living with diabetes, they can achieve better management.

Our Mission

"Helping One Community At A Time." Our mission is to provide underserved communities with access to diabetes education, resources, and screenings to improve their quality of life and health outcomes.

We aim to decrease the number of diabetes cases and diabetes complications in this patient population.
